With over 40 years in the accounting industry and certification as an Elite QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Lisa has built VBS into a trusted partner for businesses across Southern California.

Jessica Apperson joined Valley Bookkeeping Service, Inc. over a decade ago and has become an invaluable part of the team. She holds a bachelor's degree from UCLA and a master's degree in counseling from CSUN—a background that gives her a natural strength in client relations and communication. As a Senior Bookkeeper and certified QuickBooks specialist, Jessica works with a diverse range of small and medium-sized businesses, bringing particular expertise to professional services, medical practices, and complex job costing.

Karen Hebebrand brings over 25 years of experience spanning accounting, finance, and IT—a combination that makes her uniquely equipped to solve complex financial and technical challenges. Before joining VBS, Karen honed her skills in the entertainment industry, where she developed expertise across a wide range of accounting systems and software platforms. As a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, she specializes in building and implementing sophisticated accounting solutions for clients with multifaceted needs.
Kami Crane brings over 15 years of dedicated payroll expertise to the VBS team. As a Certified Payroll Professional through the American Payroll Association and a certified Gusto specialist, she has deep knowledge across all areas of payroll processing and tax compliance. Kami ensures clients stay compliant with complex and ever-changing payroll regulations, and also manages 401(k) plan remittances and reporting.
